Dr. Emmanuel Johnson is a Specialist Urological & Laparoscopic Surgeon with over 27yrs experience. After his medical degree, he obtained a Diploma in Family Medicine (University of Pretoria). He obtained a post graduate Doctorate degree (MD), Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEdin) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS Urol).
In 2018, he performed Namibia’s first Brachytherapy Prostate cancer treatment. In 2023, he performed Namibia’s first Penile prosthesis and Artificial Urinary Sphincter implantation.
He has spoken at international conferences and authored several scientific publications.
He has won numerous International awards such as the prestigious Ralph Shackman research grant (England), the Norman Gibbons research registrar award (Liverpool) and World Urology Congress (SIU) prize in Canada.
